主要针对巨噬细胞的口服活性免疫调节剂。通过干扰巨噬细胞收费样受体（TLR）4 和 TLR 2/6 信号通路，抑制 TNF-α 的分泌。 减少促炎细胞因子 IL1-β、IL-10 和 IFN-γ 的分泌。在体外具有抗糖尿病作用，可防止 IL-β 和 IFN-γ 诱导的胰岛细胞死亡。
