GDF-15抗体（G-5）是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆GDF-15抗体（也称为GDF15抗体或MIC1抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测到人源GDF-15蛋白。GDF-15抗体（G-5）既有非偶联形式的抗GDF-15抗体，也有多种偶联形式的抗GDF-15抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。生长分化因子15（GDF-15），也被称为PDF、MIC-1、PLAB、NAG-1或PTGF-β，是转化生长因子β（TGF-β）超家族的一员。该蛋白质在细胞内合成，以二硫键连接的二聚体形式分泌。虽然在上皮细胞和巨噬细胞中GDF-15的表达最强烈，但它在成人组织中也有广泛表达。在大脑中，GDF-15在脉络丛中表达，并从那里分泌到脑脊液中。GDF-15基因对p53肿瘤抑制蛋白有反应，在培养的小脑颗粒神经元中，GDF-15可以通过激活Akt和抑制ERK来防止细胞死亡。GDF-15作为某些类神经元的营养因子，促进细胞存活和分化。GDF-15在前列腺癌中过度表达，可能成为诊断的一种手段。在子宫中，GDF-15可能抑制母体来源的促炎细胞因子，从而促进胎儿存活。

Does GDF-15 ANTIBODY (G-5) antibody also pick up mouse GDF15?
