GCM1抗体(R-06)是一种IgG2a κ小鼠单克隆GCM1抗体(也称为GCM1抗体),可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测人源的GCM1蛋白。GCM1抗体(R-06)为非偶联的抗GCM1抗体。GCM1(glial cells missing homolog 1),也称为GCMA或hGCMa,是果蝇胶质细胞缺失蛋白(gcm)的436个氨基酸的人同源物。GCM1定位于细胞核,并在胎盘中特异性表达,作为转录因子与新型序列(A/G)CCCGCAT结合,并通过这种结合调控胎盘发育。此外,GCM1被认为可以调节合胞体SU介导的滋养层融合,该事件产生合胞体滋养层结构,进而作为胎盘绒毛的最外层覆盖。GCM1包含一个N端GCM(glial cell missing)DNA结合域,这是一个保守的150个氨基酸残基,可传导多种参与发育过程的转录因子的DNA结合活性。

Hello, can you please let me know if this antibody works for mouse cells as well (placenta)?

Thank you for your question. We recommend GCM1 Antibody (R-06): sc-101173 only for the detection of the human epitope.

I am using GCM1 (R-06): sc-101173 for immunofluorescence, what dilution of this antibody should I use?
