Questions about GATA4 (sc-25310) 1. Any difference in fucntion between GATA4 (sc-1237) and GATA4 (sc-25310) 2. There was a study showing that GATA4 (sc-1237) used as a molecular marker for Sertoli cells. Will GATA4 (sc-25310) function the same?

Thank you for your question. This antibody was raised against amino acids 328-439 of GATA-4 of human origin. The exact epitope as not been epitope mapped.

does anybody know if this antibody cross-reacts with pig or dog tissues in paraffin-embedded samples?

It has good quality. This antibody has binding affinity against phospho-GATA4?

This antibody is not specifically made to recognize phosphorylated GATA-4, however it will detect the phosphorylated protein as long as it's not phosphorylated exactly where the epitope maps.
