γ烯醇化酶抗体(D-7)是一种IgG1κ小鼠单克隆γ烯醇化酶抗体,可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的γ烯醇化酶。γ烯醇化酶抗体(D-7)既可作为非偶联抗γ烯醇化酶抗体形式,也可作为多种偶联形式的抗γ烯醇化酶抗体,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。烯醇化酶已被表征为高度保守的细胞质糖酵解酶,可能参与分化。已鉴定出三种同工酶,即α烯醇化酶、β烯醇化酶和γ烯醇化酶。α烯醇化酶的表达已在大多数组织上检测到,而β烯醇化酶主要在肌肉组织中表达,γ烯醇化酶仅在神经组织中检测到。这些异构体以同二聚体和异二聚体的形式存在,它们在糖酵解途径中将磷酸甘油酸转化为磷酸烯醇丙酮酸中发挥作用。

Rated 5 out of 5 by from nice product for WB,but maybe not for IFI bought this antibody 6 monthes ago and it was unique useful antibody for WB detection in my program.But in IF ,even we dilute it with 5%BSA by 1:20,we can not see signal area. Sum up,it is a good product.
