Can I use this mouse monoclonal antibody for immunohistochemical staining of mouse tissue? Or even double or triple staining on the same samples?

This antibody is currently available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-365338 PE), fluorescein (sc-365338 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-365338 AF488) or Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-365338 AF647). Rated 5 out of 5 by from Use of antibody sc-365338 to detect G3BP1Antibody sc-365338 recognizes G3BP1 in extracts from different mammalian species. The staining is strong and highly reproducible for Western blotting and immunocytochemistry. The nonspecific background signals are low for Western blotting and immunocytochemistry.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great for IF in U2OS cellsThe antibody was used for immunofluorescence with secondary anti-mouse antibody fused with Alexa488, in osteosarcoma cell line U2OS, untreated or stressed with 0.6M sorbitol for 2 hours (inducing hyperosmotic stress). The signal was clear, appeared specific, and was present in the form of foci localized in the cytoplasm (in the hyperosmotically-stressed cells), as expected.
