I performed WB on total protein extracts from CRFK cells and revealed with the anti-FUT8 antibody at a 1:1500 dilution. I obtained bands at a weight of approximately 66 kDa (the expected weight) but I obtained two others (45 and 35 kDa respectively). What

I need to use an antibody to detect the protein in samples of bovine origin. Do you know if sc-271244: FucT-VIII (B-10) mouse monoclonal antibody will work?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from funcionó correctamenteLa muestra del anticuerpo funcionó correctamente en WB e inmunofluorescencia, detecta una sola banda en el peso de 65 kDa (correspondiente a fucT8 de gato). Se compró el anticuerpo pero nos enviaron un lote diferente al de la muestra, y este detecta múltiples bandas, el resultado no es limpio. Ya se modificaron las concentraciones de proteína y de anticuerpos, pero el resultado no es óptimo.
