frizzled-1抗体（E-7）是一种IgM κ小鼠单克隆frizzled-1抗体（也称为FZD1抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的frizzled-1蛋白前体和成熟体、frizzled-2蛋白和frizzled-7蛋白。frizzled-1抗体（E-7）为非偶联型抗frizzled-1抗体。frizzled基因最初在果蝇中被发现，参与组织极性的发展。已对哺乳动物frizzled同源物以及几种分泌的哺乳动物frizzled相关蛋白（FRP）进行了描述。frizzled蛋白含有七个跨膜结构域、细胞外区域的一个富含半胱氨酸的结构域和一个羧基末端Ser/Thr-xxx-Val基序。它们作为Wnt的受体，通常与G蛋白偶联。frizzled-1基因在成人心脏、胎盘、肺、肾、胰腺、前列腺和卵巢以及胎儿肺和肾中表达。

We are testing antibodies for tissue clearing, where most antibodies fails to work. Is it possible to get a tester sample for this Ab?

I would like to know if '' frizzled-1 (E-7) antibody'' is specific of Fzd1 or if it also recognize Fzd2 and Fzd7? Thank you very much for your answer best regards
