Has this antibody been tested for non-cross-reactivity with FKBP52 or validated using FKBP51 knockouts?

Thank you for your question. This antibody is specific for FKBP51, it does not cross-react with FKBP52. It has not been validated with knockouts at this time.

Hi, I was wondering if I could get the Free trial size ( 10 µg) sample of FKBP51 (D-4): sc-271547? Also, I couldn't find it but do you have the secondary available for this antibody: anti-mouse monoclonal mouse IgG1 κ (kappa light chain)? Thansk, Ed.

Can FKBP51 (D-4): sc-271547 be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, FKBP51 (D-4): sc-271547 has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections. Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good antibody for western blotThe batch of antibody I have produced 1 major band on BJAB, HeLa, MCF7,Jurkat and K562 total cell extracts for western Blot. The band is specific. The antibody was diluted 250 times into 5% BSA,TBST and incubated over-night at 4°C.
