Rated 5 out of 5 by from Im Western blot und auch Immuncytochemie sehr gutIm Western-Blot zeigte der Antikörper eine spezifische Bande bei 40-45 kDa in COS7 Zellen, die mit dem humanen Fas Rezeptor transient transfiziert wurden. Auch immuncytochemisch war wie zu erwarten eine Markierung der Plasmamembran zu sehen, aber ebenso eine intrazelluläre Markierung in Zellkern-nahen Bereichen. Dies könnte mit der Überexpression des Rezeptors zusammenhängen. Ich kann den Antikörper auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlen.
