Emerin抗体（H-12）是一种小鼠单克隆IgG2b kappa轻链抗体，可通过蛋白质印迹（WB）、免疫沉淀（IP）、免疫荧光（IF）、免疫组织化学和酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）检测人源性emerin蛋白。抗埃默林抗体（H-12）有非结合型和多种结合型，包括琼脂糖、辣根过氧化物酶（HRP）、藻红蛋白（PE）、异硫氰酸荧光素（FITC）和多种Alexa Fluor®结合物。作为核纤层的关键组成部分，埃默林在维持核膜结构完整性方面发挥着至关重要的作用，它为细胞核提供机械支撑，并调节基因表达和DNA复制等重要细胞过程。核膜定位的埃默林对于核的正常功能至关重要，埃默林表达的破坏会导致严重的后果，包括埃默里-德雷福斯肌营养不良症（EDMD）的发展，这是一种以肌肉无力、关节挛缩和心脏问题为特征的遗传性疾病。埃默林与心脏组织中的桥粒和附肌纤维的结合尤为重要，因为这可能会导致EDMD患者观察到的传导缺陷。在研究中使用埃默林单克隆抗体（H-12）可以深入了解埃默林在细胞结构中的作用及其对肌肉萎缩症的影响。

could you please tell me what dilution you recommended for western blot ?? 1:1000 or 1:500?

Could we use this antibody against the mouse adipose stem cells.??

I am using emerin (H-12): sc-25284 monoclonal antibody to stain paraffin embedded tissue. Do you recommend antigen retrieval when using this antibody?
