Hello！I want to know whether this product can be used in IHC. I have found the references used it for IHC , but the product application column don't involve it.

Thank you for your question. This primary antibody is recommended and warrantied for IF (immunofluorescent staining of fresh or frozen tissues or cells fixed in methanol or acetone), however we are still gathering data to show on our website. We have not yet tested this antibody in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue sections, or for IHC(P). Check back for updates! We are aware of several product citations using this antibody for IF/IHC.

How should I choose if I want to detect the expression of ZRBRA in patient IHC(P) samples?

What is the molecular weight of this protein as seen by Western blot??

Thank you for your question. The predicted molecular weight of Trans-activator protein BZLF1, of Epstein-Barr virus origin is approximately 27 kDa. However, the published molecular weights for the observed molecular weight by Western blot range from 38-43 kDa.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great antibody to detect EBV BZLF1I've been studying the EBV BZLF1 protein for decades, and am so glad that this antibody works so well. We use it mainly for Western blots (1:500 dilution for 3 hrs at RT gives a great signal). Highly recommend this antibody.

It gives very clean and strong signal in WB, IF, and FACS. 1:1000 in 5% milk/PBST ON 4C for WB, MW 35 kDa 1:100 in 5% BSA/PBST 1h RT for IF 1:100 1h RT for FACS

For immunofluorescence, use at 1:100 overnight at 4 degrees C on paraformaldehyde-fixed and Triton X100-permeabilized cell samples. Detailed immunofluorescence and western blot conditions listed in PMID 30021875.
