Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dvl-3 (4D3), sc-8027This antibody has worked perfectly for us in Western Blot on HUVEC lysates. It did not require any special optimization, but worked fine in 5% BSA at a suggested dilution (1:500). Upon stimulation with WNT3A ligand we detected an expected shift in bands.
