Dvl-2/Dishevelled 2/DVL2抗体(10B5)是一种IgG1 κ型小鼠Dvl-2单克隆抗体，通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA等方法检测小鼠、大鼠和人源Dvl-2。Dvl-2/Dishevelled 2/DVL2抗体(10B5)有结合和非结合的抗Dvl-2抗体形式。在哺乳动物中发现了与果蝇散乱(Dsh)基因同源的Dvl-1、Dvl-2和Dvl-3。哺乳动物散乱蛋白包含三个同源结构域，其中两个与任何其他已知蛋白无关。第三个区域与肿瘤抑制蛋白Drosophila disc -large-1的disc -large同源。和它们对应的果蝇一样，散乱蛋白质被认为参与了胚胎发生。Dvl-1的过表达可抑制GSK-3β对tau蛋白的磷酸化。这一发现可能在阿尔茨海默病的研究中被证明是重要发现，这些研究已经表明tau蛋白被高度磷酸化。在果蝇中，Dsh是卷曲信号通路的一个组成部分。哺乳动物散乱蛋白和卷曲蛋白都是Wnt信号通路的组成部分。

What acrylamide gel percentage should I use to see the phosphorylated and non phosphorylated DVL2 forms (on -/+ WNT stimulated), on HEK293 and MEF lysates? As anyone done this with the MOPS running buffer? Thanks
