dsg1抗体（B-11）是一种IgG2b κ小鼠单克隆dsg1抗体（也称为DSG1抗体、桥粒芯糖蛋白1抗体、CDHF4抗体、寻常型天疱疮抗原抗体、桥粒糖蛋白1抗体、钙粘蛋白家族成员4抗体、桥粒芯糖蛋白-1抗体、DG1抗体、EPKHIA抗体、EPKHE抗体、PPKS1抗体、SPPK1抗体、DSG抗体或DGI抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的dsg1蛋白。 dsg1抗体（B-11）可以以非偶联抗dsg1抗体形式和多种偶联抗dsg1抗体形式提供，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。桥粒芯糖蛋白（dsgs）是I型膜蛋白，对细胞粘附很重要，在桥粒上大量表达，桥粒是细胞粘附的连接点。 dsg蛋白质属于钙粘蛋白家族，由dsg1、dsg2和dsg3组成。与正常人类角质形成细胞不同，鳞状细胞癌细胞表现出dsg3和dsg1表达减少或异常，dsg3和dsg1分别表达寻常型天疱疮和寻常型天疱疮抗原。培养的正常人类角质形成细胞表达dsg1和dsg3 mRNA，以及或不表达dsg 2 mRNA，这表明桥粒芯糖蛋白异构体表现出异常表达，可能与肿瘤细胞动力学有关，如细胞侵袭和转移。天疱疮是一种与针对许多角质形成细胞抗原的自身抗体相关的皮肤粘附自身免疫性疾病，如粘附分子dsg 1和3和乙酰胆碱受体。

Thank you for your question. dsg1 Antibody (B-11): sc-137164 was raised against amino acids 760-1049 mapping near the C-terminus of dsg1 of human origin, which corresponds to a cytoplasmic domain.

Is there a blocking/neutralazing peptide for dsg1 (B-11): sc-137164 antibody?

What is the recommended fixation method for immunofluorescence staining with dsg1 (B-11): sc-137164 monoclonal antibody?
