DOCK 4 抗体 (R6Y)是一种IgG2b κ型小鼠单克隆DOCK 4抗体(也称DOCK 4抗体),通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA等方法检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的DOCK 4蛋白。DOCK 4抗体(R6Y)是一种非偶联的抗DOCK 4抗体。DOCK 4(胞质分裂奉献蛋白4)是一种胞质外周膜蛋白,属于胞质分裂调节蛋白DOCK家族。DOCK 4在前列腺、卵巢和骨骼肌中表达最为广泛,作为一种鸟嘌呤核苷酸交换因子(GEF)激活小gtp酶Rap 1,并通过这种激活在细胞间黏附连接的调节中发挥作用。与其他DOCK家族成员相似,DOCK 4包含一个n端SH3结构域,一个c端富含脯氨酸的区域,以及两个DOCK内部的同源区域DHR1和DHR2。编码DOCK 4的基因缺陷导致Rap 1失活,因此与多种癌症的发病机制有关,如卵巢癌、前列腺癌、胶质瘤和结直肠癌。由于选择性剪接事件,DOCK 4的四种亚型被表达。

Thank you for your question. The exact epitope recognized by this monoclonal antibody has not been determined. However, the immunogen is mapping within the last 100 amino acids at the C-terminus of DOCK 4 of human origin.

Can sc-100718: DOCK 4 (R6Y) monoclonal antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, sc-100718: DOCK 4 (R6Y) is recommended for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections.
