Thank you for your question. Dnmt3b Antibody (2280C3a): sc-81252 was raised against a recombinant protein corresponding to an internal region of Dnmt3b of human origin. No epitope mapping has been performed for this antibody yet, so we cannot say which isoforms are or are not recognized by the antibody.
