DNA pol γ 抗体（G-6）是一种IgG3小鼠单克隆DNA pol gamma抗体（也称为DNA pol γ 抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的DNA pol gamma蛋白。DNA pol γ 抗体（G-6）为非偶联抗DNA pol gamma抗体。DNA复制、重组和修复对于基因组稳定性都是必不可少的，这些过程都需要核酸外切酶的存在。在DNA复制过程中，这些酶参与冈崎片段的加工，而在DNA修复过程中，它们的功能是切除受损的DNA片段并纠正重组错配。这些核酸外切酶包括DNA聚合酶家族（DNApol）。DNA pol α、β、δ和ε参与DNA复制和修复。DNA pol δ和DNA pol ε是多亚基酶，其中DNA pol δ由两个亚基组成：p125，与滑动DNA夹蛋白PCNA相互作用，以及p50。核编码的DNA pol γ是线粒体DNA复制所需的唯一DNA聚合酶。DNA pol ζ在各种组织中普遍表达，并介导损伤诱导突变的细胞机制。DNA pol θ是一种结合ATP并参与链间交联修复的DNA聚合酶-解旋酶。
