Dlx-1抗体(F-16)是一种IgG2a κ小鼠单克隆Dlx-1抗体(也称为DLX1抗体),可通过蛋白质印迹法(WB)、免疫沉淀法(IP)、免疫荧光法(IF)和酶联免疫吸附测定法(ELISA)检测小鼠、大鼠和人源性的Dlx-1蛋白。Dlx-1抗体(F-16)为非偶联抗Dlx-1抗体。Dlx基因是一个高度保守的家族,包含六个不同的含有同源异型盒的基因(Dlx1-6),它们与远端缺失(Dll)基因具有同源性,Dll基因在发育中的果蝇的头部和四肢中表达。Dlx-1(远端缺失同源异型盒1),也称为远端缺失,是一种含255个氨基酸的蛋白质,对于祖细胞分化为GABA能(分泌或传递γ-氨基丁酸)神经元至关重要。Dlx蛋白影响适当的组织发育的不同阶段,包括颌面部骨骼(颅面外胚间充质)的图案形成和牙齿内部及牙齿之间的结构分化。Dlx-1在颅面原基、基底端脑和间脑的空间和时间限制模式中表达,并在延伸附肢的远端区域表达,包括肢体和生殖芽。Dlx-1的差异表达影响这些组织中的图案形成、形态发生和组织发生。由于其影响转录的能力,Dlx-1被认为可以调节控制祖细胞中神经元与少突胶质细胞命运的转录等级。

Good afternoon, I am planning to use an anti-body against Dlx1 for immunofluorescence staining of embryonic mouse brains. I would like to know if this anti-body is recommended (or works) for PFA-fixed/sucrose cryosections? Thank you

Thank you for your question. We do not recommend this antibody for IHC(P) applications. It is suitable for the detection of Dlx-1 of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and ELISA.

I am using Dlx-1 (F-16): sc-81959 for immunofluorescence, what dilution of this antibody should I use?
