The antibody sc-136979 is recommended for detection of Dicer of mouse, rat and human origin by Western Blot, IP, Immunocytochemistry on methanol-fixed cells, immunohistochemistry on acetone-fixed frozen tissues sections, immunohistochemistry on paraffin embedded tissues fixed with formalin and ELISA. I am trying to show Dicer1 expression in mouse liver lysates by WB or IHC. Does sc-136979 work for these purposes?

How can this mouse monoclonal antibody be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

This mouse monoclonal antibody, Dicer (F-10), is currently available conjugated to agarose (sc-136979 AC), HRP (sc-136979 HRP), phycoerythrin (sc-136979 PE), fluorescein (sc-136979 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-136979 AF488) and Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-136979 AF647).
