DHODH抗体（E-8）是一种IgG2b κ小鼠单克隆DHODH抗体，可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA方法检测小鼠、大鼠和人源的DHODH蛋白。DHODH抗体（E-8）既可以是非偶联的抗DHODH抗体形式，也可以是多种偶联形式的抗DHODH抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。DHODH（二氢乳清酸脱氢酶），也称为DHOdehase，是一种位于线粒体内膜外表面的由395个氨基酸组成的线粒体蛋白。它催化从头合成嘧啶的第四个酶促步骤。从头合成嘧啶是核酸合成的关键代谢途径，并且是各种癌症化疗药物的靶点。此外，DHODH与呼吸链功能相关，将电子传递给泛醌。DHODH在N端含有一个二分信号，调节进入线粒体内膜的通道。一氧化氮(NO)对COX（细胞色素c氧化酶）的抑制作用间接抑制了DHODH的活性。DHODH的抑制对类风湿性关节炎等疾病具有免疫抑制和抗增殖作用。

Rated 5 out of 5 by from good sensitivity!I received the DHODH Antibody (E-8) sample a month ago. It is very sensitive to detect the expression of DHODH. The cells i used is hela cells and the dilution ratio is 1:1000 for WB. And the molecular weight is about 43 kDa.
