DHFR抗体（A-9）是一种IgG2b κ小鼠单克隆DHFR抗体（也称为DHFR1抗体、DHFR2抗体、二氢叶酸还原酶样1抗体或二氢叶酸还原酶2线粒体抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA等方法检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的DHFR蛋白。DHFR抗体（A-9）既可作为非共轭的抗DHFR抗体形式提供，也可作为多种共轭形式的抗DHFR抗体提供，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®共轭物。二氢叶酸还原酶（DHFR）催化依赖NADPH的二氢叶酸还原为四氢叶酸的过程，是嘌呤、嘧啶和一些氨基酸合成的关键酶。抑制这种酶的活性会导致DNA合成停滞和细胞死亡。在正常造血细胞中表达甲氨蝶呤（MTX）抗性的DHFR变异体基因，是一种潜在的策略，这种策略可以降低对药物敏感的正常细胞和组织中的药物毒性，从而允许使用更高剂量的MTX。

How can DHFR (A-9): sc-377091 mouse monoclonal antibody be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. DHFR (A-9): sc-377091 monoclonal antibody is currently available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-377091 PE), fluorescein (sc-377091 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-377091 AF488) or Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-377091 AF647)
