Unfortunately, when Ab arrived was stored at -20C, for about 15 days. Then it was moved to 4C. Do you think it can still work well?

Thank you for your question. Viability of the antibody may be impacted, but if it was subjected to only one freeze/thaw cycle, it should still be usable.

Does this antibody work in canine cells (specifically MDCK)?

I am using desmoplakin I/II (A-1): sc-390975 monoclonal antibody to stain paraffin embedded tissue. Do you recommend antigen retrieval when using this antibody?
