Can DEP-1 antibody 143-41:sc21761 be used to detect the 856-1313 aa fragment of tetanus toxoid protein? can this antibody conjugated to protein A?

We do not characterize the binding sites of our monoclonal antibodies, so we cannot be any more specific about the reactivity of our DEP-1 (143-41) sc-21761 than that it was raised against PHA stimulated human PBL.
