DDX17抗体(H-7)是一种IgG2aκ小鼠单克隆抗体,通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的DDX17蛋白。DDX17抗体(H-7)既有非偶联的抗DDX17的抗体形式,也有多种偶联形式的抗DDX17抗体,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。DEAD盒蛋白以保守基序Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp为特征,是公认的RNA解旋酶,与涉及RNA二级结构修饰的几个细胞过程有关。具体而言,DEAD-box蛋白参与翻译起始、细胞核和线粒体剪接以及核糖体和剪接体组装。根据其分布模式,该家族的成员可能参与胚胎发生、精子发生以及细胞生长和分裂。DDX17(DEAD盒蛋白17),也称为p72,与DDX5(p68)高度同源。DDX17和DDX5通过作为多种转录因子的转录共调节剂参与生长调节,包括ERα、p53、MyoD和Runx2。DDX17的损伤可能影响早期大脑发育,并可能导致唐氏综合症。或者,DDX17和DDX5的上调直接导致结肠癌癌症,这表明DDX17可能是对抗癌症的有用治疗靶点。
