What is the suggested loading scheme amount in the Western Blot procedure? Thank you

Thank you for your question, We recommend (40–60 µg whole cell lysate, 10–20 µg nuclear extract, 5-10 µg transfected lysate, or 10–20 ng purified protein per lane). We also recommend a dilution of 1:100 with our antibodies.

Which monoclonal D2R antibodies are neutralizing, and are they available in bulk?

Is there a blocking peptide available for DRD2R B-10 for use in IHC?

Thank you for your question. No, unfortunately we do not offer a blocking peptide for this antibody as it was not made against a peptide. You can use a normal mouse IgG as a negative control.
