What is the proper antigen retrieval condition suitable for this antibody when staining on FFPE-section?

You can find our standard protocol for IHC(P) applications by following this link: https://www.scbt.com/resources/protocols/immunoperoxidase-staining The recommended antigen retrieval method is heat treatment, which in this protocol is listed under point "C. Formalin-Fixed, Paraffin-Embedded Tissue Sections"

Can I use this mouse monoclonal antibody for immunohistochemical staining of mouse tissue? Or even double or triple staining on the same samples?

This antibody is currently available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-8020 PE), fluorescein (sc-8020 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-8020 AF488) or Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-8020 AF647).
