CysLT2受体抗体(B-7)是一种IgM κ小鼠单克隆CysLT2受体抗体(也称为CysLT2受体抗体),可通过WB, IP, IF 和 ELISA检测来自小鼠、大鼠和人类的CysLT2受体蛋白。CysLT2受体抗体(B-7)可作为非偶联的抗CysLT2受体抗体使用。半胱氨酰白三烯(CysLTs)通过结合两种不同的七跨膜G蛋白偶联受体,即CysLT1和CysLT2受体,诱导细胞内钙动员,从而引发强烈的支气管收缩。气道平滑肌和巨噬细胞表达这两种受体类型,此外,单核细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞表达CysLT1受体,而心脏浦肯野细胞、肾上腺髓质、外周血白细胞和大脑也利用CysLT2受体。CysLT受体的作用可被拮抗剂阻断,这表明了一种治疗哮喘和过敏的治疗机制。
