Cryopyrin抗体（6F12）是一种IgG2aκ小鼠单克隆Cryopyrin抗体（也称为NLRP3抗体、NLR家族含pyrin结构域3抗体或NALP3抗体），可通过WB、IP和ELISA检测人源Cryopyrin蛋白。 Cryopyrin抗体（6F12）可作为非偶联抗Cryopyrin抗体提供。 Cryopyrin选择性地与凋亡相关斑点状蛋白（ASC）相互作用。这种复合物可能作为NFkB信号传导和caspase-1激活的上游激活剂。该复合物还抑制TNFa诱导的RelA/NFkB p65的活化和核转位。 Cryopyrin和Pyrin蛋白中的突变是人类几种自身炎症性疾病的原因，包括家族性冷自身炎症综合征（FCAS）、Muckle-Wells综合征（MWS）和慢性婴儿神经皮肤关节综合征（CINCA）。

Is this antibody binding with mouse sample?

Thank you for your question. We have not yet tested this antibody in mouse samples and so it is not a recommended species at this time. However, we are aware of some product citations using this antibody in mouse samples. For example, PMID: 25675528.

Hi, we usually used Cryopyrin Antibody (H-66): sc-66846 for detecting Cryopyrin in mouse. You recommended Cryopyrin (6F12) : sc-134306 as a new alternative. But this antibody binds only in human. Have you checked whether it binds in mice?thanks

Thank you for your question. We have not yet tested this mouse monoclonal antibody, Cryopyrin (6F12): sc-134306, for reactivity with mouse Cryopyrin so this species is not recommended at this time. However, the antibody is raised against a recombinant protein sequence that shares significant identity (88%) with the mouse protein, so there is a very strong chance that the antibody will cross-react with mouse. For Western Blot, is it recommended to use denatured or non-denatured conditions with Cryopyrin (6F12): sc-134306 antibody?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cryoprin Antibody (6F12)I tested this antibody in HCAEC lysates. I got the exact band but the the antibody didn't workout as much I expected. Gave me a little background in the PVDF membrane. May be it will work better for different cell line.
