CRX抗体(A-9)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆CRX抗体(也被命名为CRX抗体),可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的CRX蛋白。CRX抗体(A-9)既可作为非偶联抗CRX抗体形式提供,也可作为多种偶联形式的抗CRX抗体提供,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。含有视锥-视杆同源盒的基因(CRX)编码一种转录因子,该转录因子在发育中的视网膜中协调几种光感受器基因的表达,包括视蛋白和视紫红质。具体来说,CRX结合在光感受器基因上游的OTX基序(TAATCC/A)。CRX基因也在松果体的松果体细胞中表达,并可能通过控制褪黑素合成基因的表达来调节松果体的昼夜节律活动。此外,CRX(-)小鼠表现出昼夜节律的紊乱。人类CRX基因位于19号染色体q13.3上的视锥-视杆营养不良-2位点(CORD2)区域内。CRX基因的突变与CORD、Leber先天性黑蒙(LCA)和视网膜色素变性(RP)的视觉病理有关。所有已鉴定的CRX基因突变在杂合子中均可导致疾病,尽管目前尚无病理表型与基因突变之间的相关性。CRX基因的错义突变影响同源盒结构域,而移码突变影响OTX结构域。

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good monoclonal equivalent for ChIPOur lab was looking for a ChIP antibody that would replace the H-190 rabbit polyclonal that is no longer available so received a sample of this product to test as a monoclonal equivalent. Our initial ChIP-qPCR on whole retina tissue (using a Diagenode kit) showed decent signal compared to input with the positive control primers we selected and low signal with our negative control primers. The concentration of antibody used was 2.5 ug/IP.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from CRX produced nonspecific WB bands in canine tissueAntibody was used at a 1:200 dilution and produced faint signal at expected band size in normal canine tissue. Additionally produced a much stronger nonspecific band ~75 kD as well as other, more faint nonspecific bands.
