I would like to ask whether this antibody has been test for Immunofluorescence and validated on knock-down/knock-out cell lines.

Thank you for your question. Coronin 1C Antibody (D-9): sc-376919 has been tested in a variety of different assays ans species. It is recommended for detection of Coronin 1C of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF, IHC(P) and ELISA, so it is suitable for immunofluorescence experiments.

I am using Coronin 1C (D-9): sc-376919 monoclonal antibody to stain paraffin embedded tissue. Do you recommend antigen retrieval when using this antibody?

I used Hela, HEK293 and MDA-MB-231 which known to express coronin 1c, but there is nothing... this ab basically not working at all for WB
