For Western Blot, is it recommended to use denatured or non-denatured conditions with connexin 26 (1C6): sc-293223 antibody?

Thank you for your question. This brand new mouse monoclonal, connexin 26 Antibody (1C6): sc-293223, is recommended for detection of endogenous levels of connexin 26 of human origin. However, we do not have published data demonstrating this reactivity at this time. The antibody is warrantied for use in WB, IP and ELISA. If the antibody does not perform in any of the recommended applications, please contact our Technical Service Department and we can replace or refund your purchase.
