COL4A抗体（COL-94）是一种IgG1小鼠单克隆COL4A抗体（也称为COL4A抗体），可通过WB、IF、IHC（P）和ELISA检测人源COL4A蛋白。COL4A抗体（COL-94）可作为非偶联抗COL4A抗体提供。COL基因产物（胶原蛋白）的广泛家族由几种链型组成，包括纤维形成的间质胶原蛋白（I型、II型、III型和V型）和基底膜胶原蛋白（IV型），每种类型含有多种同工型。胶原蛋白是纤维状的细胞外基质蛋白，具有高拉伸强度，是结缔组织的主要成分，如肌腱和软骨。所有胶原蛋白都含有三螺旋结构，并经常显示横向自组装，以形成复杂的结缔组织。几种胶原蛋白也在细胞粘附中发挥作用，对维持正常组织结构和功能至关重要。

Does this antibody react with all α chains（α1-α6） of COL4？

Thank you for your question. COL4A Antibody (COL-94): sc-59814 is only recommended for detection of native, non-denatured, Collagen Type IV of human origin by WB, IF, IHC(P) and ELISA. It is non cross-reactive with Collagen Type I, II, III, V, VI or VII, human Vitronectin, Fibronectin or chondroitin sulfate A B and C, or denatured or denatured-reduced collagen in immunoblots.

Does this antibody react with only non-denatured collagen IV ? How about denatured one ?

Thank you for your question. Yes, this antibody is specifically recommended for native, non-denatured, Collagen Type IV of human origin. It is not recommended for detection of denatured Collagen Type IV.
