I would like to use Cofilin Antibody (E-8): sc-376476 for double staining with another mouse monoclonal primary antibody. Is this possible?

Thank you for your question. In cases like this, we recommend using our directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibodies. Currently, sc-376476 is not available directly conjugated, but we have an alternative Cofilin antibody (sc-53934) that is available conjugated to HRP, FITC, PE, Alexa Fluor® 488 and Alexa Fluor® 647. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Detects endogenous Cofilin from HEK293T at 1:1000Out of all Cofilin antibodies tested including sc-53934 and sc-166958, this one had the best 19kDa signal using 1:1000 dilution on HEK293T cells extract. Another faint band is also visible at approx 35kDa, for all Cofilin antibodies tested. 50ug of proteins were separated on a 10% SDS-PAGE and transferred on nitrocellulose membrane that was blocked using 5% milk in TBS-T. Antibody incubation was done for 16h at 4 degrees Cielcius.
