I am using the LiCor/Odyssey system. Which secondary antibody do you recommend using with Clathrin HC Antibody (TD.1): sc-12734?

We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins (m-IgGκ) conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. Can Clathrin HC Antibody (TD.1): sc-12734 monoclonal antibody be used for double or triple staining, if the other primary antibodies are also raised in mouse?

In this case, we recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. Clathrin HC Antibody (TD.1): sc-12734 monoclonal antibody is currently available conjugated to HRP (sc-12734 HRP), phycoerythrin (sc-12734 PE), fluorescein (sc-12734 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-12734 AF488), and Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-12734 AF647).
