Rated 1 out of 5 by from wrong band in western blotThis antibody (1:1000) does not work in WB with whole cell lysates of hippocampus cell line HT-22. You get a clear band and no background signal, but with ~200 kDa this band is far to high compared to the predicted molecular size of 63 kDa.
