CFTR抗体(A-3)是一种IgG1 κ小鼠单克隆CFTR抗体(也称为ABCC7抗体),可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的CFTR蛋白。CFTR抗体(A-3)既可作为非偶联抗CFTR抗体形式,也可作为多种偶联形式的抗CFTR抗体,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。CFTR是囊性纤维化跨膜电导调节器,是一种环腺苷酸(cAMP)调节的氯离子通道蛋白。CFTR属于ATP结合转运蛋白家族中的MDR亚家族。它有两个跨膜结构域(TMD)、两个核苷酸结合结构域(NBD)和一个调节结构域。CFTR突变与囊性纤维化(CF)有关,囊性纤维化是一种以慢性支气管肺疾病、汗液电解质升高和胰腺功能不全为特征的疾病。CFTR突变还可能导致先天性双侧输精管缺失(CBAVD),这是一种大多数男性CF患者表现出的男性不育症。

Was this antibody ever tested for immunofluorescence? at which concentration?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 웨스턴 500:1 콘포칼 250:1 깔끔하게 나옵니다.선배님이 쓰던 제품을썼는데 깔끔하게 잘나옵니다. 콘포칼은 250:1 로썼구요 . 웨스턴은 500:1 로 썼습니다. 희망사항은 유통기한을 기록 해주시면 좋을것 같습니다. 시간이 언제 주문한지 알수없지만.. 어느순간.. specificity가 현저히 줄었습니다. 처음엔 제쉴수인지 알았는데 다른 분들도 그렇다고 해서.. 오래된것을 알았습니다.
