Ceramide Kinase抗体（G-3）是一种IgG2b κ小鼠单克隆Ceramide Kinase抗体（也称为Ceramide Kinase抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人的Ceramide Kinase蛋白。Ceramide Kinase抗体（G-3）既可以是非偶联型抗Ceramide Kinase抗体形式，也可以是多种偶联型抗Ceramide Kinase抗体形式，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。Ceramide Kinase，也称为CERK、LK4（脂质激酶4）或酰基鞘氨醇激酶，是一种由537个氨基酸组成的外周膜蛋白，定位于膜和细胞质，并含有一个DAGHc结构域。Ceramide Kinase在脑、肝、肾、心脏和骨骼肌中高表达，在脾、肺、胸腺和小肠中表达较低，它使用钙和镁作为辅因子，催化ATP依赖性的Ceramide向Ceramide 1-phosphate（C1P）的转化，这是一种鞘脂代谢产物。Ceramide Kinase在pH值为6-7.5时发挥最佳功能，并通过其催化活性在多种细胞过程中发挥重要作用，包括凋亡、吞噬和细胞增殖。

We recommend using one of our our exclusive Mouse IgG Binding Proteins conjugated to CFL 680 or CFL 790. They are suitable for use with Near-Infrared (NIR) detection systems, such as LI-COR/Odyssey and other comparable systems. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Multiple non-specific bands.I got a sample antibody, but unfortunately it couldn't detect CERK at the expected molecular weight, instead I got a blot full of non-specific bands. I don't recommend this antibody.
