Is this antibody detect both CDK1 and CDK2? In the above CITATIONS, it seems people used it for detecting CDK1, can you explain why?

Thank you for your question. This mouse monoclonal antibody was raised against human recombinant Cdk2. The AN21.2 clone is useful as a general Cdk antibody since it reacts with both Cdk1 and Cdk2. These are closely related proteins with a high degree of sequence homology, and useful markers for proliferation.

Can this antibody be used to stain mouse tissue and cells in IHC and IF?

Thank you for your question. Yes. We recommend using a directly conjugated mouse monoclonal primary antibody. This mouse monoclonal antibody is currently available conjugated to HRP, PE, FITC, AF488 and AF647.

Is there a blocking peptide associated with this antibody?

Thank you for your question. This antibody is raised against a recombinant protein and not a short synthetic peptide, so we are unable to offer a blocking peptide for it.
