Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not work for IPTested this antibody using HEK293A lysates for IP-WB. Used 1 mg of lysate per IP with varying amounts of antibody (2.5, 5, 10 ug). On WB, we can see Cdc2L5 in the input lane and in the unbound lysate lanes but absolutely no enrichment of Cdc2L5 in the sc-81837 IP lanes. Would not recommend for IP.
