Cdc20抗体（E-7）是一种小鼠单克隆IgG1 kappa轻链抗体，可通过蛋白质印迹（WB）、免疫沉淀（IP）、免疫荧光（IF）和免疫组织化学（IHC）检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的Cdc20。Cdc20单克隆抗体（E-7）有非结合型和多种结合型，包括琼脂糖、辣根过氧化物酶、藻红蛋白、异硫氰酸荧光素和多种Alexa Fluor®结合物。Cdc20在细胞周期调节中起着至关重要的作用，特别是在从G2期到有丝分裂的过渡中，它通过激活对细胞周期蛋白和其他调节蛋白的降解至关重要的后端促进复合物/环状体（APC/C）来发挥作用。这种降解对于细胞周期的正常进行至关重要，可确保细胞在正确的时间准确分裂。Cdc20失调会导致细胞分裂异常，与多种癌症有关，因此Cdc20成为细胞周期动力学和癌症生物学研究的重要目标。在生长阶段，Cdc20转录物很容易在各种培养细胞系中检测到，但当细胞生长被化学抑制时，其表达会减少，这凸显了Cdc20在细胞增殖中的作用。

This antibody is currently available conjugated to phycoerythrin (sc-13162 PE), fluorescein (sc-13162 FITC), Alexa Fluor® 488 (sc-13162 AF488) or Alexa Fluor® 647 (sc-13162 AF647).
