What is the exact epitope sequence recognized by sc-7637: CD81 (1.3.3.22)?

Thank you for your question. CD81 Antibody (1.3.3.22) is a mouse monoclonal IgG1 raised against human B cell line from Burkitt lymphoma. The exact epitope recognized by this antibody has not been determined.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from western blotting: mixed resultsI used this antibody at 1:1000 dilution on MCF7 cells whole cell extracts and on exosome samples. It gives a clear band on cell extracts, but the exosomal signal is very weak (compared to anti-CD9 antibody which gives a clear band with the same samples).
