Yes, this primary antibody, CD71 (H68.4): sc-65882 is available conjugated to either phycoerythrin (sc-65882 PE) or fluoroscein (sc-65882 FITC), 200 µg/ml, for IF, IHC(P) and FCM. The isotype of this primary antibody is mouse monoclonal IgG1. Are there any background issues with using this antibody to stain CD71 in mouse samples in IF?

Thank you for your question. This antibody is appropriate for staining mouse samples in IF. To avoid any potential background issues from an anti-mouse secondary, we recommend using the directly conjugated version of this antibody. It is available conjugated to FITC or PE.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works in IF in mouse cells.It worked for IF in mouse cells (A20 B cell line). 4% PFA fixation 10min at RT, blocking+permeabilisation 1h RT, 1:25-1:50 antibody dilution O/N at 4C, secondary anti-mouse-IgG1-AF488 30min at RT. However, it doesn't work in samples that are not fixed (FC or IF before fixing)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from ExcellentThis antibody works very well on my cell line at a dilution of 1:500, giving a strong signal after overnight incubation with a standard western blotting protocol (15ug cell lysate loaded), and very high specificity (only a very faint additional band is observable at approx. 150kDa).
