CD71，又称转铁蛋白受体（TFR），是一种二型膜糖蛋白，以二聚体形式存在，由两个相同的亚基组成。CD71结合两分子转铁蛋白和血清铁转运蛋白，通过受体介导的内吞作用指导细胞内铁的摄取。CD71通常以高水平表达于所有增殖细胞、网织细胞和红系前体。它不表达于休眠的白细胞，但在淋巴细胞、单核细胞和巨噬细胞激活时会上调表达。CD71也可以在大多数分裂细胞和脑内皮细胞中发现。另一种转铁蛋白受体TFR2也能介导结合转铁蛋白的铁的摄取。TFR2是一种二聚体，在肝脏以及肝细胞和红系前体中表达水平很高。TFR2基因的突变导致高铁负荷性遗传性血红蛋白病（HFE3），这是一种主要见于白种人的铁超载疾病。

Thank you for your inquiry. The use of mouse monoclonal antibodies with mouse samples is very common and typically poses no problem. To eliminate any potential cross-reactivity of an anti-mouse secondary detection reagent, CD71 (DF1513): sc-7327 is available in a variety of direct conjugations, such as HRP, PE, FITC and AlexaFluors.
