CD38抗体（H-11）是一种IgG1κ小鼠单克隆CD38抗体（也被称为ADPRC 1抗体、cADPr水解酶1抗体或环ADP-核糖水解酶1抗体），它通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA技术检测小鼠、大鼠和人类的CD38蛋白。CD38抗体（H-11）既可以以非偶联抗CD38抗体的形式存在，也可以以多种偶联形式的抗CD38抗体存在，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。CD38是一种II型整体膜糖蛋白，存在于早期B和T细胞谱系以及活化的B和T细胞上，但在大多数成熟的静息外周淋巴细胞中缺失。CD38也存在于胸腺细胞、前B细胞、生发中心B细胞、有丝分裂原活化的T细胞、单核细胞和Ig分泌型浆细胞上。在T淋巴细胞中，CD38起NAD糖苷水解酶的作用。在造血细胞上，CD38诱导成熟T和B细胞的活化、增殖和分化，并介导髓系和淋巴系祖细胞的凋亡。除了作为信号受体外，CD38还是一种能够产生几种动员钙的代谢物的酶，包括环腺苷二磷酸核糖（cADPR）。CD38还在维持优先有助于维持免疫耐受的不变NK T（iNKT）细胞亚群的存活中发挥作用。

Can this antibody be used to stain formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections?

Thank you for your question. Yes, this utrophin antibody sc-374650 has been validated for use in IHC with paraffin-embedded sections. Does this antibody cross-react with mouse CD38? RAW267.1 cells are of mouse origin, you show a Blot of mouse CD38.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 非特異的バンドが多く、ターゲットが分かりづらい１ヶ月前にサンプルを提供してもらい、マウスの肝臓ライセートでWBを試しました。nonspecific bandが多く、Targetの38kDバンドが薄くてはっきりしません。なぜか50kDに濃いバンドが出ます。細胞の発現量にもよるのでしょうが、上手くいきませんでした。
