CD3-ζ抗体（E-3）是一种IgG3 κ小鼠单克隆CD3-ζ抗体（也称为CD3-ζ抗体或CD247抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类来源的CD3-ζ。CD3-ζ抗体（E-3）可作为非偶联抗CD3-ζ抗体形式提供。T细胞抗原受体（TCR）识别外来抗原，并将这种识别事件转化为细胞内信号，从而引发细胞从休眠状态到激活状态的变化。这个信号传导过程的大部分可归因于与TCR直接相关的多亚基蛋白质复合物。这个复合物被命名为CD3（分化簇3）。它由五个不变的多肽链组成，这些多肽链结合形成三个二聚体：一个由γ和ε链组成的异二聚体（γε），一个由δ和ε链组成的异二聚体（δε）和两个ζ链组成的同二聚体（ζζ）或ζ和η链组成的异二聚体（ζη）。ζ和η链由同一基因编码，但由于选择性剪接事件，它们的羧基末端不同。γ、ε和δ链各包含一个保守的免疫受体酪氨酸基激活基序（ITAM）的单拷贝。相比之下，ζ链包含三个连续的相同基序拷贝。磷酸化的ITAMs作为ZAP-70和Syk等蛋白激酶的停靠位点，也能够调节它们的激酶活性。已解析出ZAP-70 SH2结构域与ζ链ITAMs结合的晶体结构。
