CD206/甘露糖受体/MMR抗体（C-10）是一种IgG2a κ小鼠单克隆CD206抗体（也称为MRC1抗体），可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测人源的CD206。CD206/甘露糖受体/MMR抗体（C-10）既可以是非偶联的抗CD206抗体形式，也可以是多种偶联形式的抗CD206抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。CD206，也称为巨噬细胞甘露糖受体C型（MMR或MRC1），是一种I型膜受体蛋白。它是一种吞噬和胞吞受体，可以识别靶分子中的碳水化合物配体。该蛋白的胞外部分包括八个C型碳水化合物识别域（CRD），它们聚集在一起以实现与糖类的更高亲和力结合。CD206存在于巨噬细胞和肝细胞上，是目前已知的唯一一个含有多个C型CRD的C型凝集素。CD206介导巨噬细胞对糖蛋白的内吞作用，并与潜在致病病毒、真菌和细菌表面的高甘露糖结构结合，使它们能够通过吞噬作用被中和。在炎症期间，CD206对于快速清除几种含甘露糖的血清糖蛋白至关重要，但不调节炎症的启动。CD206主要在成熟组织巨噬细胞、未成熟树突状细胞以及肝和淋巴内皮细胞、视网膜色素上皮（RPE）和系膜细胞中表达。

What is the cross-reactivity of CD206 (C-10): sc-376232?  Are the targets M2 mainly, M1 and immature macrophages, too?

Thank you for your question.sc-376232 is currently only recommended for testing samples of human origin. It is primarily intended for the detection of MRC1. Thank you.
