过氧化氢酶抗体(H-9)是一种IgG2a κ小鼠单克隆过氧化氢酶抗体(也称为CAT抗体)，可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人源过氧化氢酶蛋白。过氧化氢酶抗体(H-9)既可以是非偶联抗过氧化氢酶抗体形式，也可以是多种偶联形式的抗过氧化氢酶抗体，包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®偶联物。过氧化氢酶是过氧化物酶体特有的标志蛋白，属于过氧化氢酶家族。编码过氧化氢酶蛋白的基因缺陷可引起无过氧化氢酶症，这是一种以红细胞中缺乏过氧化氢酶活性为特征的疾病，并与溃疡性口腔病变相关。过氧化氢酶也是氧化应激和炎症的重要调节因子，并可能促进类风湿性关节炎的发展。过氧化氢酶可以形成同源四聚体，几乎存在于所有有氧呼吸的生物体中，具有保护细胞免受过氧化氢毒性影响的功能。

I am looking at this catalase antibody. Is it known whether it cross reacts with the corresponding Drosophila protein? I would need to use it for immunofluorescence.

Thank you for your question. We have not validated the antibody for Drosophila. The antibody is recommended for mouse, rat and human samples.

What is the difference between sc-271803 and sc-271803 P?

Thank you for your question. sc-271803 P is our blocking peptide, meant as a negative control for use with the catalase (H-9): sc-271803 monoclonal antibody.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WBWe used Catalase (H-9) antibody for WB in Mouse lung primary fibroblast, and it worked fine. Just remember use 1/250 to get good signal. We used 1/500 and it was a bit weak. We used anti-mouse IgG.
