What part of the Protein gets bound by the antibody?

Thank you for your question. Casein kinase IIβ Antibody (6D5): sc-12739 was raised against purified casein kinase IIβ of human origin. No epitope mapping has been performed for this antibody as of yet, so its exact binding sequence is not known.

Does it work for IF? Any experiences with dilution?

Thank you for your question. Based on our tests with this antibody, Anti-casein kinase II beta Antibody (6D5) is recommended for detection of casein kinase IIβ of mouse, rat and human origin by WB, IP, IF and IHC(P). Optimum antibody dilution will depend on cell type and expression levels in a given experiment.

Thank you for your question. casein kinase IIβ Antibody (6D5): sc-12739 is a mouse monoclonal raised against purified casein kinase IIβ of human origin. The exact epitope recognized by this antibody has not been determined. However, full-length human casein kinase IIβ shares 99% sequence identity at the protein level with the zebrafish protein sequence you provided as a reference. Therefore, we would expect this antibody to also work in zebrafish samples. For a limited time, we are offering a free 10 µg sample of this antibody.
