Calretinin抗体(H-5)是一种IgG2b κ小鼠单克隆Calretinin抗体(也被命名为CALB2抗体、29 KDa Calbindin抗体、CAB29抗体、CAL2抗体、CR抗体或Calbindin 2 29kDa(Calretinin)抗体),可通过WB、IP、IF、IHC(P)和ELISA检测小鼠、大鼠和人类的Calretinin蛋白。Calretinin抗体(H-5)既可作为非共轭抗Calretinin抗体形式存在,也可作为多种共轭抗Calretinin抗体形式存在,包括琼脂糖、HRP、PE、FITC和多种Alexa Fluor®共轭物。钙结合蛋白D28K和钙网蛋白(也被命名为CR或29 kDa钙结合蛋白)是两种密切相关的细胞内钙结合蛋白,属于肌钙蛋白C超家族。钙网蛋白最初是从鸡视网膜中分离出来的,与人类钙结合蛋白D28K有58%的相同残基。钙网蛋白在大脑中表达,并且在具有精确放电时间的听觉神经元中尤为丰富。伏隔核中含有钙网蛋白的神经元都具有核凹陷。钙网蛋白免疫反应的突触在棘突、树突和胞体上形成不对称和对称的突触特化。对称的突触特化具有中等大小的棘状神经元,并与其他钙网蛋白免疫反应的胞体接触。钙网蛋白被广泛用作间皮瘤的免疫细胞化学标记物。
